Account Deletion -

Account Deletion Process:
Customers who wish to delete their account must submit a formal request to our customer support team. Alternatively, they may contact our customer support through the designated phone line.
For account deletion to be initiated, customers are required to provide a government-issued identification document for verification purposes.
Any funds saved in the customer's account must be settled and processed before the account deletion can be finalized.
Once the account deletion process is completed, a notification will be sent to the customer confirming the successful disengagement from our services.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Data? - We will keep personal information only for as long as is required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some cases we will retain personal information for longer periods of time.
Under the Age of 18 - Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We will close your FaJoMonie Account and return the balance in your FaJoMonie Account to your registered commercial Bank Account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date with us. You must tell us of any change in your email address, mobile device number, or other text message address by updating your profile on the Website in order for us to be able to transmit communications to you electronically. Copies of correspondence - All Communications that we transmit to you electronically should be printed, saved, and/or electronically stored.
Requirements for Hardware and Software- You must have the following in order to access and maintain electronic communications
1. A valid email address/ Mobile Number
2. A computer or other mobile device
3. A connection to the Internet;
Changes - We reserve the right to communicate with you by paper at our discretion. Furthermore, we reserve the right to stop providing electronic Communications, as well as terminate or amend the terms and conditions under which we provide electronic Communications, at any time. We will notify you of any such termination or change by amending these Terms on the Website or sending you a notice of such termination or change electronically unless otherwise required by applicable law.What are the requirements to use the Services? In order to use the Services, you must:
(a) Accept and agree to our Terms, and Privacy Policy;
(b) Register with us on our platforms(WebApp or Mobile Apps)
(c) Be a Nigerian citizen (or a legal Nigerian resident) of at least 13 years of age (or older if you reside in a state where the majority age is older);
(d) Have a Bank Account with a Nigerian financial institution; and
(e) Provide all information requested by us during registration
(f) A Nigerian issued Debit card
You represent and warrant that all User Information you supply us is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will not misrepresent your identity or User Information. You agree to promptly notify us of changes to your User Information by updating your FaJoMonie Account on the Website; provided, however, that you must notify us of any changes to your Bank Account information, including, but not limited to, the closure of your Bank Account for any reason, by calling 09031584141, 09031584141 or emailing support@FaJoMonie.com or updating your FaJoMonie Account via the platforms, at least three Business Days before any changes to your Bank Account information, You will be authorized to use the Services if we approve your registration, subject to these Terms.
You hereby authorize us to receive, verify, and record information and documentation that helps us validate your identification and Bank Account information, either directly or through a third party, for our compliance purposes and in order to offer the Services to you. We may request you to supply and/or confirm information and documentation that will allow us to identify you when you register for the Services and from time to time thereafter, such as: A copy of your government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license; a copy of a utility bill, bank statement, affidavit, or other bills with your name and Nigerian street address on them, dated within three months of our request; and any other information or documentation that we may require from time to time. By using the Services and providing us with User Information, you automatically authorize us to obtain, directly or indirectly through our third-party service providers, information about you and your Bank Account from the financial institution holding your Bank Account and other third-party websites and databases as necessary to provide the Services to you, without any time limit or requirement to pay any fees. You hereby grant FaJoMonie and our third-party service providers a limited power of attorney, and you hereby appoint FaJoMonie and our third-party service providers as your true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent, with the full power of substitution and resubstitution, to access third-party websites, servers, and documents; retrieve information, and use your User ID for the purposes of such authorization. YOU AGREE THAT WHEN FaJoMonie OR OUR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ACCESS AND RETRIEVE INFORMATION FROM SUCH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, FAJoMonie AND OUR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE ACTING AS YOUR AGENT, NOT AS THE AGENT OR ON BEHALF OF THE THIRD PARTY. You agree that other third parties may depend on the authorization, agency, and power of attorney that you have granted. You acknowledge and agree that any third-party account providers available through the Services are not endorsing or sponsoring the Services. We make no attempt to verify the accuracy, legality, or non-infringement of information collected from the financial institution holding your Bank Account and other third-party websites and databases. FaJoMonie holds your sensitive User Information in comparison to our third-party service providers. Our Privacy Policy governs the information you disclose to us.
By Accepting the platform's terms and conditions, I hereby agree to abide by the conditions that follow.
1. I agree to the condition(s) attached to all Ajo products Savings
a. I can only earn on the 30th of each month.
b. On the 26th day of my contribution, an ajo charge should be deducted.
2. I agree to the condition(s) that are associated with all Projectsave Product Savings.
a. I am unable to withdraw my savings until the time I specify.
b. If I did a topup prior to starting a savings plan, I cannot withdraw until the minimum duration of the product has passed (4months)
3. I agree to the terms and conditions of all Powersave Product Savings.
a. I am unable to withdraw my savings until the time I specify.
b. If I did a topup prior to starting a savings plan, I cannot withdraw until the minimum duration of the product has passed 7months)
4. I agree to the condition(s) that are attached to all Emergency loans.
a. To repay within the timeframe specified by me.
b. If I fail to repay, Fajomonie has the right to repay my loans with my savings, with interest applied as a default.
c. I won't be able to withdraw my savings until my loan is completely paid off.
d. In order to request a larger loan, I will need a surety (who is a registered member of fajomonie).
5. If I refuse to withdraw my savings at the end of the saving period, my savings should be automatically locked after 7 days.

6. I'm expected to pay a monthly default fee of 2% on my loan balance before my withdrawal can be made available to me.
